hy Guys i Want To Tell you That All Blocks Are Removed Because They Make Forum Too Short And Small So i Removed Them And the ChatBox Will Not MAke Because no One Chat in That i EveryDay Say Hello Hi No One Reply So i Removed it

Man i want to tell you that Chat Box not appear on all users i think you set permission of Chat box only to Administrator set it to all except guest ok
